What's Happening When

Jedi Mind Trip! is a Michigan based ban that is devoted to making every show a night to remember! Jedi packs the dance floor with your favorite 70's, 80's and 90's rock! The band will be on our Big Tent main stage from 6PM – 10PM.  Come early to enjoy dinner and dessert in the Big Tent from "DD" Catering! A full bar will also be available for purchase starting at 5:30 p.m.  Entrance to the tent on Friday is $8 for adults, $5 for kids six to 18 and free for kids five and under. Food and drinks are extra - see below for more info on pricing.

The Taste of Drummond’s "Pure U.P. - Island Style" theme is as fun as the food is delicious! This year’s Taste showcases cuisine from C Cup Cakes, Esther’s Authentic Mexican Cuisine, Pins Bar & Grill, Sune's Grocery, TeePee and The Northwood Restaurant & Bar.  

It’s not a party without beer so Lily’s Seafood & Micro Brewery from Royal Oak keeps the beer flowing with nine distinct micro brews named after Drummond Island destinations. A full bar is also available for purchase. 

Listen to live music all day from Jedi Mind Trip! DJ Ron Fray - the Midnite Flyer will be playing in between sets to help keep the party flowing! On our outside stage be sure to catch one of the two sets Melissa May and Brian Coonan will be playing! 

The Artisan Fair features 40+ vendors from across Michigan showcasing a variety of unique goods and delicious offerings including
Bell's Bears carving demonstrations, a S'Mors Station sponsored by Shelly Goodman's Hand-crafted Fire Pits and more! 

We will also be holding our 10K Run, 5K Walk/Run and 1 Mile Kid's Fun Run benefiting the Drummond Island Lions Club scholarship programs. 

On the grounds there will be strolling entertainment by Tommy Tropic, a fun-filled one-man-show with juggling, uni-cycling, magic and physical comedy. Joining Tommy this year will be Chet Mitchell - human statue, Oivio n' Toivo comedians, and Da U.P. Jugglers in their 2 man circus known as Da Flyin' Zambonis! 

Back after a 10 year hiatus - the Jack Pine Lumberjack Show is sure to entertain and delight the entire family! There will be shows running throughout the day and each one is a wee bit different so be sure to attend them all! 

We will also feature a giant bounce house, face painting and Cornhole Drop-in Tournaments. 

The fun doesn’t end at 5 pm though because that is when the ever-popular Pub Crawl starts! 

The Pub Crawl will have two buses again this year!  The continuous loop includes stops at Pins Bar & Grill of The Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center, Chuck’s Place,The Northwood and The Trailhead.  The buses are FREE and you can get on and off as often as you like.  Or, take your own vehicle—each bar has a different themed décor and their employees are dressed in wild costumes to match—it is an absolute must see!  There is no fee for Pub Crawl participation.


Saturday’s festival admission is $12 for adults, $11 for seniors, $5 for kids six to 18, and five and under are FREE.  Taste tickets must be purchased for all food, beverage, and games.
